MAG Motors was founded in 2015 when Mike decided he could do things better than what he had experienced throughout his time working at the local dealer. He knew he could build a company that offers honest, accurate and timely repairs and service on the Mercedes Benz in our area. He also knew he could build a team of people committed to providing the same experience.
Over the years, our highly skilled Advisors and Technicians have earned the trust of countless customers by treating every vehicle as if it were their own. We take pride in combining advanced diagnostic technology with hands-on expertise to ensure every job — big or small — is done right the first time. At MAG Motors, we’re more than just a repair shop; we’re a team dedicated to keeping our community safely on the road, one car at a time.

Mike
Owner
Mike started his career with Mercedes Benz in 1998 at Motorcars, which is now Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, at the age of 19. In the years that followed, he completed their training path to Master Certification and became a team lead in a shop of 20 people. Due to Mike's dedication, he was also selected to be the dealership's only Aston Martin technician. He was lucky enough to train directly with the manufacturer in Europe.
Nowadays Mike's focus is on creating a business that takes care of its customers along with promoting growth in his team members.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter Arianna, playing music with his band, and restoring vintage mini bikes.
Damon
Service Manager
Damon started his automotive career as a local parts store counterperson at the ripe old age of 16. From there, he moved into the world of high line dealerships and worked for Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Roll Royce, Maserati, Aston Martin, Lotus and Tesla. He worked with Mike at Mercedes Benz for several years and was someone he knew he wanted on our team.
In his free time, Damon is a long-suffering Browns fan and is happy to distract himself from them with pretty much any other sport. He enjoys spinning records and DJing. He loves learning about history, religion, philosophy and esoterics. He is a cat dad and believes real men like cats.
Matt
Service Advisor
Matt joins us from his previous long-time career in the construction trades. His personal experience with automobiles and extensive knowledge in customer relations make him a great addition to our team.
In his free time, Matt is also a long-suffering Browns fan who enjoys arguing plays and players with Damon. When the weather is warm, Matt loves being outside taking advantage of our local metro parks. He's a proud Clevelander, who is teaching his kids to be the same way.
Woody
Shop Foreman/Lead Technician, Master & AMG Expert Certified
Woody immediately became part of the family when he started working with Mike at the Mercedes Benz dealership as a teenager. His natural mechanical aptitude made learning one of the world's most complicated car lines easy. Woody has since spent his days leading up to his arrival at MAG, at the dealership, learning from the manufacturer. He was lucky enough to train at the plant in Stuttgart, Germany. He brings his Master Certification along with his AMG Expert Certification to MAG Motors and is a great leader for our technicians.
In his freetime, he loves spending time with his family, renovating his house and building RC cars.
Dale
Technician, Master Certified
Dale graduated from the Automotive Program at CVCC in high school. From there he made his way to one of our local Mercedes Benz dealerships and obtained his Master Certification. He brings his current model knowledge and high-level diagnostic skills to our team.
In his free time, Dale is a Cleveland sports fan. He enjoys restoring his Honda Del Sol and Chevy Camaro. Around Halloween you can find him acting as a scary guy at Nightmare Cleveland.
Rebel
Technician/Convertible Top Specialist
Rebel started at MAG Motors in 2018 as a shop assistant. Mike saw immediate potential in Rebel and closely trained him as an apprentice over the following years. He has since become a key player in our growing operation.
In his free time, Rebel loves tinkering with his S55 AMG, bowling and visiting amusement parks with his wife Sarah.
Hayden
Technician
Hayden can't remember a time where he didn't love cars and fixing things. At 14, he could be found at his uncle's performance engine shop soaking up as much knowledge as he could. He is a graduate of the LCC Automotive program and joined our team that same year. We are very happy to have him!
In his free time, Hayden can be found working on his 88 Chevy S10 project car, riding BMX with his friends and drag racing at the track.
Dominic
Quality Control/Technician Apprentice
Dominic has always been interested in the mechanics of things. He started working on cars as a helper after graduation. Dominic showed some uncommon initiative by cold calling Mike to see if he was hiring. Mike was impressed with this and with Dominic, so he was hired. Since then, Dominic has become an invaluable part of our team and will be moving into an apprentice role very soon.
In his free time, Dominic enjoys playing baseball, football and working out. He is a devout Catholic and also can be found working on his theological writings.
